The Sneak Out Squad (Jeal!Levi x Reader Lemon) P.3

Fuck.

That was all he could think of.

The moment he said it.

The moment he saw her eyes widen and her heart break within them.

The moment he realized he messed up.

Cursing loudly, he shot down from his branch and headed towards the thick black smoke.

Thankful that the fumes hid him, Levi quickly and expertly swooped down and grabbed Eren, cleanly slicing off the fingers of the titan that was about to grab him at the same time. Resting Eren on a nearby branch, Levi made his way back to the six titans, ready to give them a piece of his mind. 

Using his super sonic speed, his slashed the neck of three titans, it took him a second each. He then dealt with the other three just as quickly, and landed on the ground with a silent thud.

Ignoring the 'ooohs' and 'aaahs' of the cadets, he started to clean his blades. "Well that was quick", Hanji commented, letting out a low whistle. "Fuck off shitty glasses".

"Eren!", (First) and Mikasa said at the time, rushing over to him. Mikasa was checking his injuries, and (First) held his face in her hands. 

Eren slowly opened those pretty little eyes of his, studying her face.

Levi's eyes narrowed as Eren's sparkled once he realized who was cradling him.

"(F...first)?"

"Eren, you're okay!", Mikasa gasped. (First) got up from her place on the ground, and started her way towards Levi. She didn't look happy. "What the hell was that just now?!", she demanded. "You could have killed him!". Levi rolled hs eyes at that one. "Oh please cadet, a flare gun won't kill anyone. I only used it as a cover up". 

"Did you have to hit Eren with it?"

"Why do you care?"

"Because he's my friend and I care for him!"

"Oh really". Levi stated, his face twisting into a scowl. "Because it's looks a lot more than just "friendship" to me". Getting the hint, she lowered her gaze and shut her mouth. "Am I right? There's something going on between the two of you, isn't there?".

"No! No no no no, Mikasa would kill me if I did ANYTHING with him".

"So...is he gay?"

"Heichou--"

"Are YOU gay?"

"Can you two please stop arguing over two people's sexuality and focus on the real problem here?" Mikasa muttered. Levi glared at her in response. "The good thing is Eren is okay, so let's give him some time to rest" Hanji cheered.

"This is one hell of a night" Jean muttered.

After Eren protested against any type of aid, the group decided to continue. They sat down in the same places as before. "I have an idea of a game we can play" he announced smugly. "Let's play truth or dare: the crush edition~"

Hanji let out an evil laugh, while (First) stared at him like he was crazy. Why did she do that? Was there someone here that she doesn't want them to know that she likes him? Was it Levi? Levi narrowed his eyes at the female, trying to read her thoughts.

"So, I'll start, and we'll go counter clockwise. Everyone got it?" Eren asked. Everyone (except for Captain Levi and Mikasa, who were having a full on glare war) replied with a hearty 'yep'.

"So (First)~ who do you have the hots for hm~?" Eren sang, grinning. She averted her gaze and started stuttering. Levi raised on eyebrow. "Is it Connie?" Eren asked. "Nope. Sorry Connie, but I think Sasha claimed you awhile ago" (First) giggled, earning some wolf whistles. 

Connie stared at Sasha, who smiled back at him sheepishly. "How about Armin?" Connie asked. (First) shook her head. "He's too adorable! He's my child, I can't be in love with my baby" she crooned, making Armin blush. Levi rolled his eyes and started to doze off, watching how the moonlight reflected off the calm waters. He listened to the buzz of tree frogs and grasshoppers--

"Levi."

He shook his head, and all of a sudden everyone was staring at him. "What?" he snapped. "Did you hear that?" Hanji asked with a smirk on his face. "No, and I don't care." he muttered. "Maybe, that's a good thing?" Christa piped up, looking at Hanji. Hanji reluctantly nodded. "You're right. Let's move on. Levi."

"What is it now?"

"Who do you like?"

"...do I really have to answer that?" he muttered. Hanji nodded vigorously in reply. Levi stared at the ground. I don't want to say the wrong thing...

"...Petra. I like Petra." he stated.

Eren widened his eyes and so did Hanji's. "Really?" she asked in shock. "Yes" he snapped. "Now can we move along? Please?"

(First) suddenly got up and walked away. "I need sometime to myself" she muttered. Hanji rushed after her. 

I said the wrong thing didn't I. Dammit.

*Readers POV*

You sped walked to the cliff overlooking the lake and sat far from the edge, burying your face in your hands. Are you kidding me? He played with my feelings all this time to tell me he likes Petra? Why?!

"Hey there (First). How are you feeling?" Hanji asked, sitting down next to you. "Like shit" was your muffled answer. "I know there isn't much I can do, but I have a feeling this isn't the end. Just hang in there okay? Besides, boys are stupid anyway." You giggled at her comment.

"I'm serious. Imagine trying to get into Erwin's pants. I honestly had to flirt with him while talking about how inspiring his boring speeches are before he got the hint." Hanji muttered, happy to see you burst out in laughter. 

"I'll leave you to your thoughts. We're going to go swimming now. Come down when you're ready." Hanji told you, giving you a reassuring rub on the back and got up to leave. Sighing after she left, you turned your head to the sky, counting the stars...

"How do you find this fascinating? It's so boring" Levi muttered from beside you. You jumped in shock. How the hell did he get here?
"Then why did you come?" you snapped back in annoyance.
 
"...you guys have been doing it for a long time haven't you?" he murmured.
"What?" you asked.
"This. Sneaking out and doing stupid stuff."
"...yeah."
"...I won't tell anyone else this but you. Tonight...was the best night of my life."
"Captain?"
"I'm serious."
"What was so good about it? I thought you just came along to keep us in check."
"Yeah, about that..." he muttered, turning away from you.

You cocked your head. Why is the captain being so, so shy?

"The real reason I came was..." he turned to face you and leaned in.

"...to claim what rightfully belongs to me~"

Getting the drift you tease him, not wanting to give in right away."The black tea leaves on that plant behind you?"
He rolled his eyes and lightly flicked your forehead, making your heart skip a beat.
"But, what about Petra? You said..."
"I only said it to get you all off my case, but if that isn't enough proof for you, then--"

"Hey (First)! Come join the fun!" shouted Eren.
Levi slowly turned to stare at Eren, and you made the 'shut up' sign in his direction.
Eren, oblivious to it, continued. "You're not afraid to see some guys half naked right? After all, that's how you wanna see Captain Levi right? Or was it ALL the way?"
You abruptly got up and headed in Eren's direction.

"I bet you think he'd be even hotter if he was wet huh?" Eren added quickly, wadding further into the water to get away from you.
"I'm going to KILL you Jaeger!"
"Levi and (First)~sitting in tree~!"
"Eren..."
"F-u-c-k-i-n-g~!"
"Eren!"
"I wouldn't mind that actually" said the Captain casually, wadding in after you.

"C-captain?!"
Picking you up bridal style, he got out of the lake.
"Where are we going?" you asked shyly, while trying not to stare at his now soaked chest. Levi caught you staring and smirked while walking towards his horse.

"A place where no one will interrupt us~"

Eren watched from the lake as Levi carried you to his horse. He smirked knowingly, knowing what was about to happen.

"Go get 'em tiger."
